Additional Services Q. Can you make additional hotel, car, train, ship reservations for me, besides whats included in the tour? A. We would be pleased to assist you in making any additional arrangements needed for travel before or after the group tour. Q. When will I receive my travel documents? A. If you are booked on a Group Tour, you will receive your travel documents approximately 3 weeks prior to departure. Travel Documents are sent via DHL/Airborne. If you are traveling independently documents will be sent upon receipt of final payment. Q. What will be included in my travel documents? A. You will receive a final itinerary, passenger list, hotel contact list, passport wallet, luggage tags, packing list, Know Before You Go Guide, purchase list, name badge, and airline tickets, if purchased through Travel Plans International. However, electronic airline tickets are becoming quite common. |
