Customized Travel

If you do not easily find exactly what you want, call us (preferably while you are in our website). While you are on the phone we will tell you the cost and details of changing one of our packages or tours to precisely the trip that you desire or we will E-mail a spreadsheet summarizing your customized package. (Click here to see an example trip summary). If your customized trip will require a substantial amount of development time, before customizing we will collect a non-refundable development fee of $100 - $300 (depending on the complexity), but will deduct it from the cost of your first trip with us.

If Category 5 rooms, luxury lodges, apartments, villas, or castles are involved (or if a wedding is involved) , call us toll free at 800-323-7600 to discuss the deposit.
